Chuck holds a bachelor's degree in business with major emphasis in finance. He began working for Ravalli County Bank during his high school years and then went to work for Seattle-First National Bank in 1977 after receiving his degree from the University of Montana. For four years he held assistant manager positions in personal, commercial and agricultural lending before returning to Hamilton in 1981. He became a Director of the bank in 1981 and was elected President and CEO in 1983. Chuck is an avid golfer and is involved in the Bitterroot Kiwanis Club, Montana Grizzly Scholarship Association, and Hamilton High School activities. He and his wife Niki have three children: Holli, Adam, and Tim. |
Thomas G. Brader

Tom earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska, Omaha in 1961, where he studied finance and economics. He continued to study there towards an MBA degree. He was an account representative for Walston and Co., a NYSE firm, then joined the Southwest Bank of Omaha in 1969, where he started in consumer lending, and later in commercial lending. Tom moved to Hamilton with his family in 1979 and joined the bank's officer staff. Tom's positions with Ravalli County Bank have included Vice President, Cashier, and Secretary to the Board. He currently handles commercial and real estate lending, community reinvestment activities, ATM development, and the bank's microcomputer and Internet needs. Tom is active in Lions Club and helps head a local affordable housing task force. |
John J. Cheetham

John grew up in Dutton, MT and holds a bachelor's degree in business from Montana State University. He began his banking career at Dutton State Bank in 1973, then in 1976 became a Bank Examiner for the State of Montana. John and his family moved to Hamilton in 1985 where he joined the staff of Citizens State Bank as a loan officer. He began working for Ravalli County Bank in 1993 as the bank's Credit Analyst and Loan Review Officer and was promoted to a Commercial, Real Estate, and Agricultural Loan Officer in 1996. John is involved in the Bitterroot Valley Kiwanis Club and the Hamilton High School Booster Club. |
R. Dale Linhart

Dale was born on the naval base in San Diego California. After graduating High School in San Jose California and attending Olhone College in the San Francisco Bay area in 1980 he moved to Western Montana with his parents. He started his finance career with Wells Fargo Bank as a Credit Officer in 1985, and promoted to Sr. Credit Officer working with both VIP clientele and Employee loans. Dale’s focus of secondary market underwriting and loan production started when he accepted a supervisor position with Wells Fargo Bank Wholesale department in 1987 where he serviced this capacity until 1993. He relocated to Spokane Washington, accepting an undwriters position with Countrywide Funding. In 1995 Dale opened a small mortgage company with a partner located in Hamilton. In 1998 this company was sold to Heritage Bank. Dale served as a Branch Manager for Heritage Bank in Hamilton and was responsible in developing the Hamilton Branch from a loan production office to a full service branch. Dale joined the officer’s staff as a Vice President at Ravalli County Bank in September 2007 with a focus on long term financing product development and production. Dale is a trained Boy Scout Leader. Dale has served on the Ravalli County Planning Board and served as a Sponsorship Chair for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. |
Mary Kraft

Mary graduated from Bozeman High School in 1968, then attended Kinman Business College in Spokane, WA, and graduated in 1969 in Machine Bookkeeping. She started working for First National Bank of Oregon in Silverton, OR in 1969 as a secretary, then as a teller. She returned to Bozeman in 1971, where she worked for First Security Bank as a proof operator. In 1972, she started with Ravalli County Bank and has worked in the Loan, Bookkeeping, and Proof Departments. Mary was promoted to Head Bookkeeper in 1986, in 1989 was elected as Assistant Cashier, and in 2004 was elected Cashier. Mary also heads the Wire Transfer Department. |
Del Rey Wilder

Del Rey graduated from Glendale High School in Glendale, CA in 1969. She started in banking in 1973 with Valley National Bank in Toluca Lake, CA as a bookkeeper, completed her teller training and became the drive-up teller. She moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1974 and went to work for Crocker Bank as a teller, then to head teller, and then on to collections teller until 1980. In 1981 she started with Independence Bank as Head teller and shortly thereafter she moved to Montana. Del Rey came to work for Ravalli County Bank as a part time Teller in 1984. She then moved on to be a full time Teller, Bookkeeper, and Proof Operator. In 1987 she started in the Loan Department, in 1995 was promoted to the Wire Transfer Department, and in 1999 was promoted to Assistant Cashier. Del Rey is currently the ACH Coordinator for Ravalli County Bank. Her community involvements include Leadership Bitterroot, the Ravalli County Bank Relay for Life Team, and serving on the Advisory Committee for the Board of Directors of Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital. |
Sharon Holland
Personal Loan Officer

Sharon graduated from Brewster High School in Brewster, Washington. From there she went on to earn her business degree at Western Montana College in Dillon. Her first job out of college was at First State Bank of Forsyth where she was employed as a secretary for three years. Her family then moved to Geraldine, Montana where she worked as the school secretary for eight years. In 1988 her family moved to Hamilton where she started working right away at Ravalli County Bank as a bank teller. She moved from the teller line to the customer service department for a brief time until, in 1991, a position opened up in the loan department for a secretary. She worked as a loan secretary until September of 2006 and then was promoted to Personal Loan Officer. |
Vikki Williamson Bell

Vikki was born and raised in Hamilton, graduating from Hamilton High School in 1968. After twenty years away from the Bitterroot Valley she returned in 1992. During her absence she managed Hallmark and Office Supply stores in Bozeman and Scottsdale, Arizona. Vikki joined the staff at Ravalli County Bank in 1993. She returned to the University of Montana in 1995 as a nontraditional student and received a BA in Psychology in December of 1998. She was named Human Resource Officer in January 1999. Vikki is active as a volunteer citizen on the Bitterroot Job Service Employer Committee, a member of Soroptimist International of Hamilton, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. |
Jean Isherwood

Jean was born and raised in Hamilton. She graduated from Hamilton High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Management from Montana State University. She began working for Ravalli County Bank in 1983 in the Proof Department. Jean has attended numerous software-training courses, and now manages the bank's main computer system. |
JoAnn Roth

JoAnn moved with her family to the Bitterroot Valley in 1971 and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1980. She received an A.S. Degree in Airlines and Travel with a Minor in Data Processing from the National College of Business in Rapid City, S.D. In 1983 she worked for Business Computer Network in Riverton, WY as a computer support representative. JoAnn began working at Ravalli County Bank in 1986 in the computer department. |
Kathleen R. Graler

Kathleen was born and raised in Hamilton, graduating high school from Hamilton High School in 1963. She received a BA degree in History from the University of Kentucky in 1967 and a BS in Education from Ohio State University in 1968. Following several years as a homemaker while her husband pursued a military career, she became the Historian and Historical Preservation Officer for the Marine Corps Base at Camp Pendleton, CA for 10 years. She returned to the Bitterroot in 1993 where she began working as Secretary to the President. Kathleen's father, Charles James, was a former Chairman of the Board, who was employed by the bank for 46 years. Kathleen worked for the bank in several capacities during her high school and college years. She was named Secretary to the Board of Directors in January of 1997. Kathleen is a member of Soroptimist International, P.E.O., and is on the Board of Directors for Sapphire Lutheran Homes. She is an Elder in the Presbyterian church and plays in the hand bell choir. |
Susan M. Senn

Susan holds a bachelor's degree in Math from Montana State University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant receiving her permit to practice in 1981. She began working for Ravalli County Bank while in college, then moved with her husband to Oregon where she worked for the U.S. National Bank of Oregon from 1973 to 1977. She returned to Montana in 1979 and joined Ravalli County Bank as Internal Auditor. |
