Richard A. Weber, Jr.

Chairman

Richard Weber Dick is a solo practitioner in Hamilton. He has practiced law in Ravalli County for 25 years. Dick is a Montana native. He grew up in Glasgow and moved to Hamilton with his family in 1978. He graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1976 after receiving his undergraduate degree from St. John's University in Minnesota. Dick was elected a Director in 1997. He was elected Chairman in January 2008.

Charles D. Shonkwiler

Chuck Shonkwiler Currently the bank's President and CEO, Chuck moved with his parents to Hamilton and "grew up" in the bank. After graduating from the University of Montana, he spent several years with Seattle - First National Bank in Washington state. He returned to Montana with his family in 1981. He was elected a Director of the bank in 1981 and President and CEO in 1983.

Thomas G. Brader

Thomas Brader Tom started with the bank in 1979 after moving from Omaha, Nebraska. After his graduation from the University of Nebraska he was an account representative with Walston and Co., and worked for the Southwest Bank of Omaha. Tom is Senior Vice President, a commercial and real estate lender, and manages the bank's micro computer activities. He was elected a Director in 1997.

Niki Shonkwiler

Niki Shonkwiler Niki graduated from Hamilton High School and attended Montana State University. After spending several years out of the state, she returned to Montana with her husband and family when he rejoined Ravalli County Bank. She has been a girls basketball coach at Hamilton High School since 1981, refereed high school volleyball for 18 years, and has been involved in real estate since 1991, first with Prudential Ranch and Land and most recently with The Iten Company. She was elected a Director of the bank in April of 2006.
